Data controller
The data controller is Flora Cotrez — EI, trading as Naibel Photography. The address and contact details are provided in the legal notice.
Data collected
The form collects your first names, email address, message, and wedding date or an indication that the date is not set. Other details, including your phone number, venue, budget and guest count, are optional. Required fields are identified in the form; without them the enquiry cannot be submitted.
To protect the service, the server also processes technical information: your IP address during the connection, browser type and error logs. Newly stored enquiries contain an IP fingerprint instead of the plain IP address. Hosting access logs may nevertheless contain the IP address.
Purposes and legal bases
Your information is used to answer your availability or quotation request and prepare a possible service: these are precontractual steps taken at your request. Data necessary to an agreed service is then processed to perform the contract. Protecting the form and website is based on the legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
The form checkbox acknowledges this information. It does not subscribe you to advertising. Your contact details are not sold or used for direct marketing.
Recipients
Naibel and expressly authorised website administrators can access enquiries. The hosting provider named in the legal notice stores them. When automatic email is enabled, Brevo processes the contact details and content needed for notifications and confirmations; the recipient’s email provider also processes received messages.
Retention and erasure
Copies of form enquiries are kept within the website for three years from receipt, then removed from its database and local log during automatic service maintenance. An enquiry can be erased sooner. Documents needed for a service, a legal obligation or the defence of a legal claim are retained separately for the period justified by that purpose; accounting records are kept for ten years where an accounting obligation applies.
Deleting an enquiry from the website does not by itself erase emails already delivered or external backups. An erasure request also covers these copies, subject to retention obligations. If a backup is restored, previous erasures must be reapplied before the service is reopened.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data. Depending on the legal basis and applicable conditions, you may also object or request portability. Write to the address below. Requests are normally answered within one month; any permitted extension is explained within that period.
You may complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr or by post to 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.
Cookies
The site does not integrate advertising or audience-measurement trackers. The private administration area uses a session cookie required for authentication. Advertising consent is not requested for that essential cookie.
Photographs
Permission to publish photographs of identifiable people must be obtained separately from a quotation request. For questions or requests about a published photograph, contact Naibel at the address below and identify the image concerned.
